Bu kullanım koşulları ("Koşullar"), blek / blekhaus ("biz") tarafından sağlanan posi satış uygulaması ve posi.page ile posi.blekhaus.com üzerindeki ilgili hizmetlerin ("Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmet'i kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Hizmet'i kullanmayın.

1. beta sürümü hakkında

posi bir beta ürünüdür. Bu, özelliklerin eksik olabileceği, değişebileceği veya kaldırılabileceği; performansın değişkenlik gösterebileceği ve kesintilerin yaşanabileceği anlamına gelir. Hizmet'i geliştirme sürecinin bir parçası olarak istediğimiz zaman değiştirme, askıya alma veya durdurma hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Beta dönemi boyunca verdiğiniz geri bildirimler ürünü iyileştirmemize yardımcı olur.

2. hesabınız

Hizmet'i kullanmak için e-posta adresinizle bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden ve e-posta erişiminizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Doğru ve güncel bilgi vermeyi kabul edersiniz. 18 yaşından büyük olmalı veya yasal bir işletme adına hareket etme yetkisine sahip olmalısınız.

3. kabul edilebilir kullanım

posi'yi yalnızca yasalara uygun amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Aşağıdakileri yapmamalısınız:

• Hizmet'i veya sunucularını kötüye kullanmak, aşırı yüklemek ya da işleyişine müdahale etmek;
• Hizmet'e veya başka kullanıcıların verilerine yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak;
• posi'yi yasa dışı, sahte veya zarar verici faaliyetler için kullanmak;
• Hizmet'in kaynak kodunu izinsiz olarak kopyalamak, geri derlemek veya yeniden satmak.

4. abonelik, deneme ve ödemeler

posi ücretsiz bir plan sunar ve her hesap 7 günlük ücretsiz posi+ denemesiyle başlar — kart gerekmez. Deneme sonunda ücretsiz plana geçebilir veya posi+ aboneliğini sürdürebilirsiniz. posi+ aylık olarak faturalandırılır (₺99/ay). Fiyatlar, özellikle beta dönemi boyunca değişebilir; önemli değişiklikleri makul bir süre önceden bildiririz. Yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar dışında ödemeler iade edilmez.

5. içeriğiniz ve verileriniz

Hizmet'e girdiğiniz ürün, envanter, satış ve benzeri tüm veriler size aittir. Hizmet'i size sunmak için bu verileri işlememize izin verirsiniz. Verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Verilerinizin sorumluluğu ve yedeklenmesi sizdedir; beta aşamasında veri kaybına karşı tam koruma garanti edemeyiz.

6. garanti reddi

Hizmet, mevcut haliyle ve "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu sürece" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz; bunlara ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantileri dahildir ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir. posi'yi kendi sorumluluğunuzda kullanırsınız.

7. sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, blek / blekhaus; Hizmet'in kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da herhangi bir veri kaybı, gelir kaybı veya iş kesintisinden sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğmasından önceki 12 ayda Hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutarı aşmaz.

8. hizmette değişiklikler ve fesih

Hizmet'i veya herhangi bir özelliğini istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabiliriz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınıza erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de istediğiniz zaman hesabınızı kapatarak Hizmet'i kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.

9. koşullarda değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi makul yollarla bilgilendirmeye çalışırız. Değişikliklerden sonra Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the posi point-of-sale application and related services at posi.page and posi.blekhaus.com (the "Service"), provided by blek / blekhaus ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. beta status

posi is a beta product. This means features may be incomplete, may change, or may be removed; performance can vary; and outages can occur. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time as part of development. Feedback you share during the beta helps us improve the product.

2. your account

You need an account, created with your email address, to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You agree to provide accurate, current information. You must be over 18 or authorised to act on behalf of a legal business.

3. acceptable use

You agree to use posi only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its servers;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' data;
• use posi for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• copy, decompile, or resell the Service's source code without permission.

4. subscription, trial & payments

posi offers a free plan, and every account starts with a 7-day free posi+ trial — no card required. At the end of the trial you can continue on the free plan or keep a posi+ subscription. posi+ is billed monthly (₺99/mo). Prices may change, especially during the beta; we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. your content and data

All product, inventory, sales, and similar data you enter into the Service belongs to you. You grant us permission to process this data to provide the Service to you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your data and its backup; during beta we cannot guarantee full protection against data loss.

6. disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use posi at your own risk.

7. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, blek / blekhaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. changes to the service and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

9. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will try to notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
